Julian Tuwim Youth Centre in Lodz has been among the most creative, imaginative and active institutions of the year 2016. During the XXX Summary of Innovative Movement in Education Gala we have received Certificate of Innovation and the statuette “Wings of Imagination”.
We are pleased that both creative and educational activities carried out in our institution have been appreciated as well as our contribution to community building and intercultural dialogue and space for creative and artistic activities inspired by folk music among young people from different corners of the world. This award is a great honor for our International Festival of Youth Creativity Folk Inspirations.
It is worth noting that the annual gala is one of the most important celebrations appreciating innovation present in schools, universities, institutions supporting educational processes. The initiator and organizer of this event is Łódzkie Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli i Kształcenia Praktycznego , co-organizers are the Museum of the City of Lodz and its partners (including companies and employers).
