Yesterday evening the young artists with the Scout Artictic Team KRAJKI and Modern Dance Team HERE and NOW Art from the Pałac Młodzieży, during the concert hosts – guests took the participants of the Festival Folk flight by Krajkinair. Thanks to this journey filled with singing, music and dance we could for a while to move to the most distant corners of the world.
As soon as our Krajkinair safely landed back at the stage of Fashion Promotion Centre of Academy of Fine Arts there was waiting next dose of emotion for all . On the stage appeared Mr Adam Kocher – Director of the Festival along with Mrs. Jolanta Chełmińska – representing the Marshal of Lodz, to begin the gala of competition Golden Boat 2016 – design. They announced, so awaited by young designers, the jury’s verdict and awarded the prizes to the winners. In this year’s edition of the competition were awarded the following prizes:
In the category 15 – 27 years
Distinction – Natalia Korzembska oraz Patrycja Szkup POLAND
Bronce Boat – Martyna Szymańska POLAND
Silver Boat – Paulina Kosińska POLAND
Golden Boat – Anna Hasiak POLAND
In the category 18 – 30 years
Distinction – Natalia Nowak and Karolina Tomaszewska POLAND
Bronze Boat – Kamila Majka POLAND
Silver Boat – Tatiana Bohachova UKRAINE
Golden Boat – Natal’ya Dobrovol’skaya UKRAINE
Then it was time for the fashion show winners of the competition and the National Artistic Ensemble Theatre Fashion Debut from Ukraine, who on one of his collections has placed the most beautiful Polish monuments, hand-painted on white silk dresses straight from “Pan Tadeusz”.
At the end were also awarded a special Golden Boats – which directly from the hands of the director of the festival : the Vladimir Dolchuka – a great friend of the festival, choreographer, head of the National Dance Team of Ukraine “Barvinok”, and to the Group Doll Corporation, which their performance celebrated a concert in Manufaktura and also in the evening he picked up everyone to dance.
It was a magical evening full of positive energy flowing between the hosts of the Festival and its guests.
